Product details are prepared carefully, while reasonable screen, packaging, colour, or measurement differences can occur. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; stock, address, payment, verification, error, fraud, or policy concerns can lead to refusal, limits, or cancellation. Checkout controls the applicable CAD amount, taxes, and authorization.
The Shipping Policy covers delivery. Under the Refund Policy, eligible new defective and non-defective goods may be returned and exchanges are accepted when requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Non-defective merchandise must be unused, approved mailed returns use the free prepaid return label included in the package, no restocking fee applies, and approved refunds are initiated within 10 days.
